I did not know how to improve them. I used to get bad (4).TEST... for English. This (5).MADE.. my parents sad and worried a lot. One day, i came across an article. I read it and follow its advices. I bought a lot (6).OF.. books on English exercise and practiced doing these exercises everyday. I tested myself after each lesson. I tried to learn all grammatical rules by heart but it was really difficult to remember them in a long term.But doing more exercises on English grammar enabled me to remember them easily. I also improved my pronunciation by (7).LISTENING.. to some cassettes of pronunciation drills. I made much progress and i got (8)...GOOD...marks for my English tests in the following semesters. Last year, i (9).WON... the first prize in the English Speaking Contest held for secondary school students in my city. Now, i understand the saying ''Practice makes progress''.
